In order to get the most out of your Pro or Pro-XL DR Chipper or Chipper/Shredder, you may have chosen to purchase the optional Road Tow Kit.  The Road Tow Kit allows you to tow your machine over public roads at up to 45 miles per hour, giving you much more versatility.  Without the Road Tow Kit, your DR Chipper or Chipper/Shredder is towable on your property behind an ATV or lawn tractor with the included pin hitch.  With the ball hitch of the Road Tow Kit, though, you can chip wherever you’re needed!  Here’s how installing the Road Tow Kit works:
